Foods I eat to increase Hair Growth

Hair growth is so important to (both men and women). Growing longer hair is said to be a women glory.  I realize genetics will play a part in  hair growth and type, as well as the foods that we eat for  proper hair growth. In my search to give my hair the proper foods for my hair type to encourage  growth. I started making green smoothies once a week to help detox and cleanse my body.  The smoothie ingredients are: 1 bunch of fresh collard greens,  fresh 1 cup celery chopped, 1 bunch fresh kale cut, 2 fresh green apples chopped,  1 fresh cucumber chopped and 1/2 cup fresh carrot juice. Blend well and eat or drink. It will depend on how much liquid you put in to define it as a liquid drink or smoothie.  I also enjoy salads.

The veggies I enjoy steamed are purple cabbage, carrots, collard greens, broccol, red beans, blackeye peas,  are certain  foods that I eat to  assist with supplying my body with nutrients that encourage healthy hair growth.

I only eat what is necessary for my  a daily diet. I really try to eat from the basic 4 food groups. I really try to get  all the nutrients needed to promote and accelerate hair growth.
